leaving Alshaya Co.

becaouse of my pregnancy sickness, i suffered alot of it and that force me to ask for many sick leavs from the work, they give me a final worning letter for the attendance they didn't appreciate that for 4 years i never took that much of sick leav, and i refuce to accept it then it waas the final day, when MZ & WA ask me to set for over time, notice in that day my hasband was in the way to pick me up from the Co. i went to tell them i can't wait any more after the duty time once Mz jump and start shouting saying: the work will bot stop and from tomorow search for another co. to work in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i didn't care about his words and left.
my hasband drop me to my fmily house i told my friends by sms & even my hasband about it he didn't reply and didn't care.
surprising in 4 yrs i moved from he reception to the managment div. since that time i was the only one who takes care of thier arabic secetarial works but they didn't appreciate it.
this is alshaya its a good Co. but they don't appreciate the good employees = easly to say good bay
